i changed my vote to break th tie

w/ our first pick in th WCL draft, halohalomofoko have selected Charles Monroe Schulz (26 Nov 1922 - 12 Feb 2000) of Saint Paul, MN. We have drafted him straight out of high school because he never attended college.

You're th one on th right.

Here's something I was surprised to find on his Wikipedia entry (could not immediately locate original source):

In an interview in the late 1980s, Schulz stated that his philosophical views had changed over the years:

"I do not go to church anymore ... I guess you might say I've come around to secular humanism, an obligation I believe all humans have to others and the world we live in."

Charlie Brown Christmas Special re-runs had fooled me into believing Schulz's religious views were forever locked in 1965.

Yr move, komix_klatch.
